Michael Lewis, is the current “Team Ambassador” for the New Orleans Saints. He is a former wide receiver for the Saints and return specialist for both the Saints and the San Francisco ‘49ers. He was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2002. Before he was a Saints player Michael was a Budweiser beer truck driver (thus, his nickname “The Beer Man”). Michael had to work hard to play professional football, but he did it. He believes there are many talented kids out there; they just need to be taught how to apply that talent.

Striding For Your Dreams Foundation was established in 2011 as a mentoring organization to share the thoughts, goals, skills and resources of Michael Lewis to assist and motivate aspiring young adults. It is our hope that we might instill in todays youth good work ethic in school, sports, and life. We at Striding For Your Dreams Foundation firmly believe that it is our responsibility to help positively shape the lives of our youth.
